7.1.4. Pre-wired connections
Many of the patch points have blue letters silkscreened above the jacks. If you look closely,
you will notice that these are all input jacks.
We'll go over what each one of these labels means as we cover each section of the patch
bay. But to use one example from the section pictured above, the label (KBD) means the
Pitch of VCO 1 normally tracks the MiniBrute 2S pads (abbreviated KBD). If a patch cable
is connected to the VCO 1 Pitch jack it will break this connection and tell VCO 1 to expect
its modulation signals to come from another source such as an LFO or the output of an
envelope.
