Maximum stack size 12 units Stacking and SPX configurations. Any
combination of eligible ICX 7150 devices may
be stacked. When a stand-alone ICX 7150 is
configured as a PE unit attached to a control
bridge in an 802.1br SPX configuration,
scaling is increased. Refer to the Ruckus
FastIron Campus Fabric Configuration Guide for
more information.
Maximum stacking distance 10 Kilometers Refer to FastIron stacking distances and
optics by device on page 50 for more
information.
Stacking ports Four 1-Gbps / 10-Gbps ports on fixed module
on front panel that are available for stacking
when configured for 10-Gbps operation
NOTE
ICX 7150-C12P devices have two 1-
Gbps / 10-Gbps ports that are
available for stacking.
On most ICX 7150 models, module 3 on the
front panel contains four ports that can be
used as stacking or uplink ports.
On ICX 7150-C12P devices, module 3 on the
front panel contains two ports that can be
used as stacking or uplink ports.
On ICX 7150-48ZP devices, module 2 on the
front panel contains four ports that can be
used as stacking or uplink ports.

Valid-stack-port sets On most models, (x/3/1, x/3/3, 2)
On ICX 7150-C12P devices, (x/3/1, x/3/2, 1)
On ICX 7150-48ZP devices, (x/2/1, x/2/3, 2)
NOTE
The third number in the set is the
maximum number of ports in a
stacking trunk. One indicates
stack-port only.
