4. (Optional) Enter the show running-config command to check the current configuration of the standalone from which

you plan to construct the stack. The configuration must include stack enable.

7. Wait a few minutes, and the active controller should discover the new units and reload them as stack members.

NOTE
When enabled, stack zero-touch provisioning is automatically triggered every three minutes.

The stack forms after the members join.

8. (Optional) Enter the show stack zero-touch status command to check the status of stack zero-touch provisioning.

The following example shows that zero-touch provisioning has discovered additional stacking links and has created a
stacking trunk that incorporates them.
