12.0 TROUBLESHOOTING
Why are my other group heads not working in cleaning mode?
1. Please make sure both cleaning and rinse mode on auto cleaning cycle have been completed before
you can use group head again.
2. To make coffee while washing another head. Begin cleaning cycle on desired group head then press
to exit into normal standby mode.
3. At end of cleaning cycle please press button then to exit into standby mode.
4. Delivery In Wash mode is not activated. Please refer to section 6.2 DELIVERY IN WASH to activate this
function.
How do I turn the Nexus/Stylus on and off?
Switch A is on/off,
Switch B is heat
Switch C is lights and steam
To use the machine please turn all three switches on.
If the program on/off mode is active – screen says ‘OFF’ this is in SLEEP mode. Hold down button to
turn on.
