5.0 SETTING UP NEXUS/STYLUS

1. Make sure ALL switches
are OFF (switches A, B, C).
2. Before turning on Nexus/Stylus,
a qualified technical person can manually
fill the main boiler for 60 seconds using the manual fill valve located inside UCU-H front cover (front
face,upper left hand side).
Note: ALTERNATIVE START-UP: AUTO FILL
If manual fill can not be accessed an alternative is to turn on machine and allow machine to fill using auto
fill cycle; this process is automated and will occur when machine is on.
Starting a machine using the auto fill process will require 2-3 sessions to fill - to start the next session
turn off and back on the machine when the fill error occurs.

Manually fill for 60 seconds maximum.

Ensure manual fill valve is closed before turning on machine.
