REPLACING TORQUE BRACKET COVER
BEARING

1. Remove the snap ring from the cover.

2. Using a suitable driving tool, drive the bearing out

of the cover.

3. Install the new bearing; then secure with the snap

ring.

REPLACING ROLLERS

1. Drive the spring pins out of the stationary sheave.

NOTE: Once a spring pin is exposed, it may be

necessary to remove the pin using a pair of vise-
grips.

2. Using an Allen wrench and a flat-blade screw-

driver, press the roller pin out of the stationary
sheave.
