SLIDING GATES
English
NOTES FOR USERS
6.
IMPORTANT
At regular intervals, we recommend carrying out regular
checks by specialised personnel to ensure that the
operator is running smoothly. Do this at least once every
12 months.
Emergency manouvre (release)
6.1
In the event of a blackout, release the operator (
Fig.22
) and
open the gate by hand:
open the plastic cover
•
(
ref.A
)
turn the key counterclockwise (
•
ref.B
)
open the release by turning completely the lever (
•
ref.C
)
Re-lock the operator, at the end of the manual operation
and turn the key clockwise. Slide the gate slightly in one
direction, until you hear a coupling click.
Allways the power supply must be disconnected, when
the operator is released.
Before to restore the mains power supply, it is necessary
to close the gate (closing limit switch engaged). If not, the
operator can have unexpected functioning in response to each
type of command (Step-by-Step START, remote control, etc.).
NOTES FOR MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS
7.
IMPORTANT
Maintenance can only be carried out by specialised
personnel. Before servicing the operator use the differential
switch to disconnect the power supply.
For correct maintenance regularly carry out the following checks
as given in the maintenance manual issued by the installer.
Tab.3
operation

(photocells, ribs…) and the performance of
the electronic clutch.
12 months
