20.1
Punch out the four 1/8” ply gun mount sides, GMS. Us-
ing CA+ glue two together to make two sets.
20.2
Punch out the 1/8” ply gun mount base, GMB. Glue the
two gun mount side assemblies into the notches using the tabs.
Make sure that they are both facing the same direction. Set
aside until further assembly.
20.3
Punch out the two gun bodies, GUN-B, and one gun mid-
dle, GUN-M, from 1/4” balsa. Glue the gun body together with
the gun middle between the two gun bodies. Punch out the 1/4”
balsa gear box front, GBF, and glue it so the edges are aligned
and the center hole is lined up with the hole in the gun middle
block.
20.4
Punch out the five ¼” balsa gun gear box formers and
gun front, GNF. Glue the gun front centered over the hole with
the cut corner toward the gearbox formers. Glue the five gear
box former pieces along the edge of the gun main body while
matching the profile of the gear box front.

Punch out the gun frame back, GFB, two gun frame
sides, GFS, and one gun frame front, GFF, from the ¼” balsa
sheet. Glue the gun frame sides on the INSIDE of the gun
frame front and back. This makes the cradle for the gun assem-
bly. Set aside until further assembly.
20.6
Depending on your finishing technique, glue the gun into
the frame assembly. The gun front will fit behind the gun frame
front. The back edge of the gun should be flush with the back
edge of the gun frame back.
