primer annealing. This display sets the ramp time,

temperature PCR, the default is 68 degrees C. The
other default values are shown in the display to the
left.

You can accept any of the default values for Setpoint
#2 by pressing the

ENTER

key, or you can change

the values using the same procedure as that for
Setpoint #1 (see above).
