1. Solder HDR1 (six pin, right-angle header, no polarity), with long pins facing

out from PCB.

2. Solder SK2 (small, 8 pin chip holder) at IC2 and SK1 (large, 28 pin chip

holder) at IC1, matching the notch of the chip holder with the notch on
the PCB diagram.
