17. Keyboard is not working with the DVR.
Below are a few possible reasons why this may be occurring:

The DVR serial port is not setup correctly.

The keyboard may be drawing too much power.

The keyboard cable too long.

The keyboard is not compatible with the DVR's firmware.
18. The alarm signal cannot be disarmed.

There are two loops connected to one alarm device.

The hard drive's capacity is not enough.
