Setting up the printer driver for printing

1.

In the application you want to print from, select Page Setup
from the File menu and open the Page Setup dialog box.

2.

Make any necessary changes to the settings in the Page
Setup dialog box.

Set the Type to Plain Paper or Laser Paper, and the Size to US
Letter / A4).  When using a different type of paper, change the
setup accordingly.

3.

After making the changes, click OK to close the Page Setup
dialog box.
