Creating a question library
To create a question library:
1. In QuizDesigner, choose File > New. The Quiz Options window
appears with the Basic tab selected.
2. Complete the fields in the Quiz Options window, then click OK.
A quiz window appears.
3. Choose File > Save As.
4. Navigate to the location where you want to save the library, type a
name for your library in the File Name field, then choose
QuizDesigner Library Files (*.qzl) from the Save as type list.
5. Click OK. Note that the Quiz Capacity indicator bar in the quiz
window is no longer there.
6. Add questions in the same manner as you do for a quiz (see
“Composing questions” on page 23).
7. When you’re through adding questions, choose File > Save.
To use questions from a question library:
1. Open the question library from which you want to select
questions.
2. Start a new quiz by choosing File > New, or open an existing quiz.
3. Align the two windows so that they are side by side. (On a PC,
choose Window > Tile Quiz Windows; on a Macintosh, you can
resize and drag the windows manually.)
4. Drag the questions you want to use from the library to the quiz
and save your quiz when you’re through.
