Finishing a quiz
3. If a student chose to mark a quiz as finished but left unanswered
questions, the student should type
Y
to confirm they indeed are
done or
N
to return to the quiz.
Printing a quiz
You can let students print the quiz and their answers directly from
their AlphaSmart devices if you set the appropriate option in
QuizDesigner when you create the quiz (“Selecting advanced quiz
options” on page 35). To print, students press
on their devices
before exiting the quiz.
Note:
AlphaSmart devices can print to a printer using a cable to
connect directly between the device and the printer, or by using
infrared beaming with an IR-capable printer. Details on printing
from an AlphaSmart device, including how to set up a printer on
the device, can be found in the
User’s Guide
for the particular
AlphaSmart device you have.
Saving a quiz to an AlphaWord file
Students can save a quiz to an AlphaWord file (if quiz options have
been set to allow this).
Important:
Be sure to tell your students that any text saved in a
particular file will be deleted if they overwrite it with a quiz.
