Composing questions
There is no fixed maximum number of questions, though there are
limits to the overall size of each quiz. Size limits are affected by the
number of questions, the length of question text, the length of
answer text, and the maximum length setting for essay question
responses. The Quiz Capacity indicator bar provides an indication of
how much space remains for quiz questions.
Each question has three main parts:
• Question text : Use this field at the top of each question window
to type the text of your question.
• Question-specific selections : Use this mid-screen section to
refine the parameters of your question.
• Question remarks : Remarks can include reminders, notes, or
references about a question. You may want to enter the expected
correct answer, acceptable alternate answers, or references to a
text (scene and line of a play, for example). Your students can’t
