Composing questions

the Corrected Quiz reports.
There are four types of questions, as described in the following table.
Question type When to use this question type
True/false Use true/false questions when you want to compose
questions whose statements are unequivocally right or
wrong.
Multiple
choice Use multiple choice questions when you want to
compose questions with brief, defined possible
answers, one or more of which is correct.
Short answer Use short answer questions if you want students to
answer with a brief word or phrase. This question type
allows students a maximum of eighteen characters in
their answers.
Essay Use essay questions when you want students to write
a response of one or more paragraphs.
