6.6 SHRINKING FACTOR
FATTORE DI RITIRO
A shrinking factor can be entered here, for example for measuring injection moulds.
This function allows in general “distending” or “shrinking” the measuring system by
a defined factor. To activate this function, press the key, shown at the right, during 2
seconds. Enter the shrinking factor (value between 0.7 and 1.2) and confirm by pressing
Validation Key.
È possibile introdurre un fattore di ritiro, ad esempio per misurare gli stampi. Questa
funzione consente di “dilatare” o “contrarre” apparentemente il sistema di misura di
un determinato fattore. Per attivare questa funzione, tenere premuto il seguente tasto
per 2 secondi. Inserire il fattore di ritiro desiderato (valore compreso tra 0,7 e 1,2) e
confermare premendo il Tasto di conferma.
When the shrinking factor is different from 1, the following symbol appears at the top of
the main display.
Quando il fattore di ritiro è diverso da 1, viene visualizzato nella parte superiore dello
schermo il seguente simbolo.
6.7 TEMPERATURE COMPENSATION
COMPENSAZIONE DELLA TEMPERATURA
When the ambient temperature differs from 20°C, it is possible to compensate the
measurement according to the actual room temperature and the thermal expansion
coefficient of the part. The displayed values are then recalculated to the standard
temperature 20 °C.
Quando la temperatura ambiente è diversa dai 20°C, è possibile compensare e
visualizzare le misure in congruenza con la temperatura attuale ed il coefficiente di
espansione termica del materiale.
To activate the temperature compensation, press the following button for 2 seconds.
Per attivare la funzione premere il tasto indicato per almeno 2 seecondi
Enter the real room temperature (value between 10 and 40, unit [°C]) and confirm by
pressing Validation Key.
Inserire la temperature ambiente attuale (tra 10 e 40 gradi Centigradi) e premere il tasto
conferma
Enter the value of thermal expansion coefficient of the part (value between 0 and 200,
unit [10-6 K-1]) and confirm by pressing Validation Key.
Inserire il valore del coefficiente di espansione termica del material (valore tra 0 e 200,
10-6 K-1) e premere il tasto conferma
If the entered temperature is different from 20 °C, the function indicator will display “T”.
Se il valore della temperature inserita differisce dai 20°C, allora è visibile sul display il
simbolo “T”.
