Number of invalid GARP PDUs received by this
GARP application.
Receive Discarded:
GARP Disabled
Number of received GARP PDUs discarded
because the GARP application was disabled.
Transmit Discarded:
GARP Disabled
Number of GARP PDUs discarded because the
GARP application was disabled. This counter is
incremented when ports are added to or deleted
from the GARP application arising from port
movements in the underlying VLAN or STP.
