ence of filters (solid particles) and the earthing of
the system. In highly aggressive environments,
the type of materials (tubes) used may not be suit-
able.
5.3 SPARE PARTS
Spare parts KITS are available upon request for
the maintenance of the condenser, see
Table 12 .
The KITS can be ordered from the Alfa Laval Spa
sales department, specifying the model of the
exchanger and its serial number.
6. WARRANTY CONDITIONS AND VALIDITY
Alfa Laval SpA declines all liability for damage
caused by the incorrect commissioning of the
product.
The general warranty conditions are no longer
valid if the fault in the product is caused by the
incorrect installation of the unit or evident negli-
gence by the user, in particular when using refrig-
erants or secondary fluids that are not compatible
with the materials the exchanger is made of, or in
case of failure to observe the instructions given in
paragraphs 2.5, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, 3.5 and 3.6 of this
manual.
Promptly contact Alfa Laval if defects are found
during the warranty period, indicating the type of
unit, the serial number and the defect found.
Alfa Laval declines all liability for unauthorised
repair work performed during the warranty period.
