Setting Up and Editing a Site
Site setup defines site names, thresholds, and other parameters. During
testing, the Cellcorder uses site settings for voltage and resistance thresholds.
A site setup is not required for testing, but is useful for managing many sites.
Sites lets you record details for locations and use the same information for
future testing. This section describes site screens and setting up, linking,
editing, and deleting sites. To set up thresholds with no site selected, refer to
Setting Up the Cellcorder
.
TIP
: To display the Main Menu from any screen, use Shift+1. (Press and
release Shift, then press Start.)

Navigating the Site Menu
Main Menu > Load Data|Site Setup
To access any site screen, insert a memory card into the Cellcorder, then
select Site Setup. If the memory card has no sites, the
New Site
screen
appears with Change, Save, and Cancel options.

If sites exist,
Site 001 of XXX
appears, where
XXX
is the number of sites on
the memory card. Available options are Select, New, More, and Cancel.
Pressing More displays Change, Delete, and Back.
TIP
: To step through sites, use the Right/Left Arrows. To scroll screens or
lists, use the Up/Down Arrows. To go back a screen, exit a function, or return
to the Main Menu, press Back, Cancel or Esc.
The left column lists items to which you may assign values. Descriptions
appear when an item is highlighted. To edit an item, press Change, then use
the keypad or arrow keys. Most alphanumeric keypad key types four
characters: a number and three letters. The blank space character is on the 9
key. The cursor advances two seconds after pressing an alphanumeric key, or
you may use the Right Arrow. To type a name, for example, press a key then
wait or press the Right Arrow.
