Configuration Example

GroupA users are not allowed to use MSN, Yahoo, and Skype.

GroupB users are allowed to use MSN, but they can not transfer file by MSN.

GroupC users are not allowed to use MSN, Yahoo, Skype, eDnokey, Bit Torrent.
