What to do if the Self Test fails

1

Check all connections to make sure that all the correct 
loopback connections are in place.

2

Be suspicious of any optical interface failures and if 
necessary clean all optical connections with a recognized 
cleaning kit before retrying the Self Test.

3

If the problem persists then contact your local Agilent 
Service Office or representative.
