Set the Optical Attenuator to:
ATTEN 15 dB
WAVELENGTH 1550 nm
CAL=0
ENB ON
Set the Optical Power Meter to
WAVELENGTH 1550 nm
Connect the Optical Attenuator between the Power Meter and
the OmniBER OTN’s
Optical Out
port (ensure that all
connections are tight and that the cable has no twists).

Set the OmniBER OTN Transmitter to provide OC-192 output
with PRBS bulk payload as follows:
