67. Under Start>All Programs>Agilent 5DX>Itex, right-click on “PcDig Diagnostics” and
select “Properties.” In the “Target” text field, change idx12.exe to idx20.exe and
delete the leading “c:\”. Select OK.
68. Right-click on “My Computer” and select “Manage”. Click on “Device Manager”.
Right-click on each “Unknown Device” (yellow question mark next to it) and select
“Uninstall” and press OK.
69. Under the “Action” tab, select the “Scan for hardware changes” command.
70. In the Format New Hardware Wizard, if asked about connecting to Windows Update
Select “No, not this time” and then press Next to continue and search for Windows
update Hardware. In the Found New Hardware Wizard for PCDig Digital Image
Capture, select Install the Software Automatically and select Next to continue. In
the Hardware Install warning window select Continue Anyway. This will install
automatically. Select Finish.
71. This process will continue for each of the new hardware it finds. Follow the same
process (No, not at this time/Next; Install the Software Automatically/Next;
Continue Anyway; Finish) for each of these new hardware found:
