9. Install the inner wheel collar on the axle. Use a
drop of blue Loctite on the wheel collar set
screw and tighten the wheel collar in place.
10. Install the wheel and outer wheel collar. Use
blue Loctite on the wheel collar set screw before
final tightening.
11. Final installation of wheel pant with two mount-
ing bolts. Use blue Loctite on the 4-40 mounting
bolts before final tightening.
Note:
Make sure wheel turns freely without
binding or rubbing against the wheel pant.
Adjust wheel collars in or out until wheel turns
freely.
12. Repeat above steps for other wheel and wheel
pant.
