Attention!
The water which runs out of the emergency draining hose
can be hot. There is a danger of scolding! Before an emergency drain
first allow the water to cool down!

Have a flat container on hand to catch the water.

Pull the rotating toggle a little from the
housing base and turn a quarter of a turn
in an anticlockwise direction until it can be
removed from the housing base.
3.
Pull out the rotating toggle with the
emergency drain hose.
4.
Place the container under the hose.
5.
Detach the rotating toggle from the emer-
gency drain hose.
The water runs out. Depending on the
amount of water, it may be necessary to
empty the container several times. Tempo-
rarily close the emergency drain hose in
between with the rotating toggle.
When the water is completely drained:

Press the rotating toggle firmly into the emergency drain hose.
7.
Push in the rotating toggle with the emergency drain hose and tighten
by turning a quarter of a turn in a clockwise direction.

The ECO valve does not function when the machine has been fully
emptied. Therefore add approx. 1liter of water before the next wash
(pour in through the detergent drawer).
