CYLINDER, PISTON
REMOVE CYLINDER
•
Remove cylinder head
•
Remove the cam chain guide comp.
•
Remove the cylinder
•
Remove the cylinder gasket and
dowel
pins.
•
Clean the gasket stick on cylinder.
REMOVE THE PISTON
•
Take off piston pin clip.
＊
Beware not to drop off the clip into
crankcase.
•
Take out piston pin and remove the
piston.
•
Check the piston, piston pin, and
piston
rings.
＊
Beware not to break or damage the
piston rings.
•
Clean the residual carbon around the
piston ring and ditch on piston.
