Replacing the DuraStor 312R Chassis
Warning:
Drives and printed circuit board components are
sensitive to electrostatic discharge. To prevent damage,
establish a ground for yourself by using a wrist grounding
strap, or by touching the metal chassis prior to handling
the disk drives or printed circuit board components.
Removing the Defective Enclosure

Power off the host computer.

Note:
Note the location of the data cables, disk drives, and
interface cards, and the switch settings on the SAF-TE
controller card, prior to disconnecting or removing these
items. Tag the cables and disk drives appropriately to
make reinstallation easier.
