2.5 Product-specific safety instructions
2.6 Safety instructions for the power supply
► Ensure that the power supply cable does not become damaged, e.g. by being driven over, crushed or
torn.
► Inspect the power supply cable at regular intervals for damage or wear.
► If the power supply cable requires replacement, only versions indicated by the manufacturer must be
used.
► The 400 V 50 Hz/60 Hz mains connector must be protected by a 32 A fuse.
► Only a qualified electrician should replace the power supply cable and the mains plug.
► Ensure splash-water protection and mechanical stability when replacing the mains plug and power
supply cable.
► To replace or lengthen the power supply cable, always use an H07RN-F5G6 rubberized
cable (400 V).
WARNING
Danger of fire and explosion due to improper use
The extraction of flammable, aggressive chemical or oil-laden substances and materials as well as dusts
containing aluminum or magnesium can pose a risk of fire and explosion due to chemical reactions. This
could cause major burns.

► The provided filtration system must be used when operating the device.
► The dust collecting drawer must be closed when operating the device.

► Only use the device in rooms with sufficient ventilation.
