haracteristics and sizing of the cable for back-up output

The section of the conductor for the back-up output must be sized in 
order to avoid high impedances of the cable which connects the back-up 
output to the load; in fact if the impedance is too high there is the risk that 
the load is powered at a lower voltage than the nominal voltage.

- loss of power along the line no greater than 1%

- use of copper cable, with HEPR rubber insulation and positioned in open air
