Make sure that the EVSE is connected to a grounded, metal, permanent wiring
system. If that is not possible, then an equipment-grounding conductor must be
run with the circuit conductors. The equipment-grounding conductor must be
connected to the equipment grounding terminal or lead on the product.

Make sure that the connections to the EVSE comply with all applicable local
rules.
