Installing the analytical unit

Installing the shock absorbers

Once the mounting posts are properly installed, you need to install the shock absorbers that are
designed to counter system and environmental vibrations.

To do so:

Position a shock absorber on a mounting post.

Position the nuts and washers.

Tighten the provided M8 screw by hand, and then up to the required torque (21.1 N·m [15.6 lb.ft]).
