Room status
Each room is assigned
Free
or
Busy
. These room statuses can be assigned configura-
tions individually. When the status changes, the following actions take place auto-
matically:

to
Busy
:
(Log guest on)

The name of the previous guest is deleted. (Only if under
Attendant

Delete name generally

Call charge counter reading ICC is deleted.
•
User is given exchange access.
•
Call Forwarding, Call Forwarding on No Reply, wake-up orders, etc., are deleted.
•
Room-to-room authorization is set to the default configured in the
Setup
menu.
If no default is configured, the current
Room-to-room
setting is retained.
Room status from
Busy
to
Free
:
(Log guest off )
•
User’s exchange access is barred.
•
Call Forwarding, Call Forwarding on No Reply, etc., are deleted.
•
The individual room report containing all the call data is printed out if the option

is set to
Yes
in the menu

The wake-up orders and the ICC data are not automatically deleted during log-off
as the guest may well settle his bill in the evening but leave only during the night
or the following morning.

Wake-up call
Unanswered wake-up calls are normally displayed at Reception with
Wake-up call
refused
. This alarm can be switched off in the general hotel settings.
