As a cost centre number this field can be 5 or 9 digits long. Depending on the configured cost centre length
≤ 5, the field is 5 characters long. As of cost centre length ≥ 6, the length is 9 characters. With cost centre
length ≥ 6, all the offsets following the cost centre are incremented by 4 characters.
