Resetting Your AastraLink RP Solution

2 Plug the USB drive into the base unit. The deletion process will begin immediately.

3 Remove the USB drive after the activity light stops blinking. It may take several minutes (sometimes 30 minutes or more)

for all of the private information to be erased. The precise time required depends on the amount of information to be
erased.

4 Plug the USB drive into your computer, and verify that the information has been erased.

5 Open the file named "ResponsePointEraseData.txt". If the message in the file indicates that the information was not

erased, follow the instructions described in the file, and repeat this procedure, starting with step 1.
