Managing Calls

Managing the Directory List

From the Directory List in the IP Phone UI, you can perform the following:

• Add a new entry

• Edit an entry

• Delete an entry

• Save entries to the Directory List

- Save from the Display
- Save from the Caller List
- Save from the Redial List

Adding an Entry to the Directory List

Use the following procedures to add a new entry to the Directory List. Use the

following illustration as a reference.

Press the

Enter a phone number using the numbers on the keypad and press
