ospf authentication-mode
Using the
ospf authentication-mode
command, you can configure the authentication mode and key
between adjacent routers.
VLAN Interface view
The passwords for the authentication keys of routers on the same network segment must be identical. In
addition, if you use this command with the
authentication-mode
command, you can set the authentication
type of an area (see Example). By default, the interface does not authenticate the OSPF packets.

Using the
ospf cost
command, you can configure the cost of sending traffic from each interface.

command, you can configure the priority for electing the "designated router"
on an interface.
