Creating a Site
A site is a folder that contains the buildings in the network plan. A site
usually represents a campus of geographically colocated buildings. If your
network plan encompasses multiple campuses, create a site for each
campus.
You can create a site when you create a network plan, or later after you
have saved the plan.
The wizards for configuring network plans and sites have additional
pages, for creating or modifying Mobility Domains and third-party access
points (APs). For information about the Mobility Domains page, see
“Defining a Mobility Domain” on page 88. For information about the
Third Party AP page, see “Adding a Third-Party Access Point” on
page 148.
