Operation Step
Extend the
Conference
i. Select 5. Extend Conference .
ii. In the dialog box that is displayed, enter the required minutes.
iii. Select Set .
End the
Conference
(Also available for
embedded MCU
conferences)
i. Select 6. End Conference .
ii. On the displayed pop-up message, select OK .

Add a Terminal The terminal acts as a new conference member.
Remove a
Terminal
The terminal is not a conference member. It can be re-added only when the
chairman performs the Add Terminal operation.
Reconnect a
Terminal
The terminal that belongs to the conference but is disconnected is reconnected
to the conference.
Disconnect a
Terminal
The terminal that is in conference is disconnected temporarily. It cannot join in
the conference but is still a conference member.
Extend the
Conference
The conference period time is extended successfully.
End the
Conference
The conference is ended immediately.
