4. Select Call or press the Call key on the remote control to start the call.

Result
l If the call is successful, the local terminal is added in the conference.
l If the call fails, the system displays a pop-up. After the fault is cleared, call again.
1.6.3 Initiating a Multipoint Conference via the Embedded MCU
on the ZXV10 T700
When a multipoint conference is initiated via the embedded ZXV10 T700 MCU, the
maximum amount of participating terminals cannot exceed 5 (including the hosting ZXV10
T700 MCU itself)
l
Call for a multipoint conference by the embedded MCU on the local terminal, instead
of by the MCU server.
l
When the multipoint conference is called via the embedded MCU, the participating
terminals cannot be more than 5 (including MCU itself).
Prerequisite
The local terminal supports the embedded MCU function. To check whether the local
terminal supports the embedded MCU function, select System > Maitenance > License .
You can start the call by one of the following ways.
Steps

On the main menu screen, call the participating terminals individually.
l
On the Call/Disconnect page of the Web page, call the participating terminals
individually.
l
On the Address Book screen on GUI or the Address Book page on Web page, call
the participating terminals individually.
l On the Address Book screen on GUI or the Address Book page on Web page, call
a saved multipoint record.
l On the Call History screen on GUI or the Call Histroy page on Web page.

1.6.4 Disconnecting a Call

For a point-to-point conference, any terminal can disconnect the call.
l
For a multipoint conference of Embedded MCU, the operations are as follows:

The MCU terminal can disconnect all the terminals or some terminals.
à
The chairman can end the conference.
