Chapter 1 Overview
Parameter Name Description
IP Address
Enter the Internet Protocol ( IP ) address allocated by the
administrator of the video conference system.
Subnet Mask
Enter the subnet mask address allocated by the administrator of
the video conference system.
Gateway
Enter the gateway address allocated by the administrator of the
video conference system.
DNS
Enter the Domain Name Server ( DNS ) address allocated by the
administrator of the video conference system.
4. Select Next and configure the network connection. The parameters are described in
the table below.

l Specify : The administrator will specify a Gate Keeper ( GK ) for terminal
registration.

Auto : The terminal searches a GK automatically.

Off : Do not use any GK.
GK Address Enter the IP address of the specified GK server.
RMS Port Default 1719.
Terminal No.
Enter the terminal number of the ZXV10 T700 which is registered on the GK.
The Terminal No. is the unique identifier of a terminal in the whole network.
It is not only used to distinguish different terminals in the network, but also
used as the addressing basis for a calling. Make sure that the input terminal
number is correct. Otherwise, the terminal will fail to be called.
Register Name
The name that the terminal registers on the GK server consists of characters,
digits or symbols.
Password Enter the GK password (any digits with the length of 1–6).
5. Select Complete .

1.5 SIP Settings
The Session Initiation Protocol ( SIP ) settings indicate that the terminal registers a user
name on the SIP server. Users can call the SIP user name after successful registration.
Prerequisite
The terminal is not in conference mode.
