Engine coolant temperature gauge 

 

 

 

Engine  coolant  temperature  gauge  shows  current  temperature  of 
coolant. 

–  The  gauge  is  divided  into  8  scale  marks  from  C  to  H,  among 

which, C means low temperature and H means high temperature. 
Scales marks are shown according to the temperature. 

–  When  the  temperature  is  above  40

℃

,  one  scale  mark  is 

illuminated. When the engine has worked for a period, the 4th and 
the 5th scale marks are illuminated. 

 

–  When  H  is  illuminated,  it  means  the  coolant  is  hot  and  high 

coolant  temperature  indicator  (

)  (red)  is  illuminated.  The 

buzzer warns to remind the driver of high coolant temperature. In 
such  condition,  you  shall  reduce  engine  load  (do  not  run  the 
engine for a long period at high rpm or do not run downhill for a 
long period) and stop to check coolant level. 

Caution ! 

●  If  high  coolant  temperature  indicator  is  illuminated,  it  means 

the  coolant  is  hot  and  you  shall  stop  the  vehicle  at  once  and 
contact with authorized service station for troubleshooting. 

●  In case of installing accessories on front bumper, it may reduce 

cooling  performance  of  coolant.  High  environment  and  high 
engine load may easily lead to hot engine.
