Lock and unlock

Vehicle body immobilizer system

Defense status

Turn the start switch or ignition switch to OFF and close all doors, the
intelligent  remote  key  is  outside  the  cab,  the  driver  presses  lock
button  on  microswitch  or  intelligent  remote  key  at  the  front  door
handle to lock the doors. Meanwhile, the turn indicator on instrument
panel  and  turn  light  flashes  twice,  indicating  the  system  has  entered
immobilizer  status  and  the  immobilizer  system  indicator  flashes
slowly.

Warning status

Turn the start switch or ignition switch to OFF and the immobilizer
system has been activated, unlock any door (left front, right front, left
rear and right rear) with illegal key without permission, the system
warns.

In case of warning, the turn signal lamp will flicker continuously for
5min  with  the buzzer beeping  for 28s,  and the immobilizer  indicator
lamp will flicker fast; after the 5min audible and visual warning, the
warning  is  deactivated  provided  there  is  no  new  intrusion  signal  no
matter  if  the  intrusion  source  is  closed.  In  case  of  new  intrusion
source,  the  system  will  activate  the  5min  visual  warning  and  28s
buzzer warning for the occurrence of new intrusion source.

Deactivation of warning status

If  the  unlocking  or  locking  button  on  the  intelligent  remote  key  is
pressed  during  warning,  the  audible  and  visual  warning  can  be
deactivated;  at  this  moment,  the  immobilizer  indicator  lamp  still
flickers fast and the system is still in the defense status.

If  the  system  continues  to  receive  the  intrusion  signal,  the  warning
will  be  activated  again.  To  deactivate  the  defense  completely,  it  is
necessary  to  deactivate  the  audible  and  visual  warning  for  the  first
time and then press the unlocking button again.

Deactivation of defense

Turn the start switch or ignition switch to OFF when the immobilizer
system has been activated, the driver carries intelligent remote key to
approach  the  door  and  press  unlock  button  on  microswitch  or
intelligent  remote  key  at  the  front  door  handle  to  unlock  the  door.
Meanwhile,  the  turn  indicator  on  instrument  panel  and  turn  light
flashes once and the immobilizer system indicator go off, indicating it
has quit      immobilizer system.

Secondary immobilizer

When the immobilizer system has been deactivated, if the door fails
to open or start switch fails to turn to ON in 30s, the immobilizer
system recovers and locks the doors.
