Engine right trim cover assembly

Using 4# inner hexagon socket disassemble 3 bolts

and take out the right trim cover components.Remove the

bushing

buffer rubber

from the right trim cover components.Using 8# sleeve disassemble the bolts

and take out the bracket

screwdriver to loosen clamp

, unplug the water inlet pipe

Using 8# sleeve remove the bolt

disassemble the rear cover

Anti-scald left muffler plate

Remove the lower shroud assembly first. Secure the head of the bolt

with a 14# sleeve and remove the nut

with a 14# sleeve.Grab the anti-scalding plate

and using 8# sleeve remove the 2 bolts

to remove it.

The 3 M6 bolts of the engine trim cover bracket must be coated with thread fastening glue before reassembly,

with a torque of 10N.m.

●

The coolant should be drained before disassembly.

●
