PROCEDURE:

Remove the muffler componet

Remove 2pcs swell nail

,Using 4# inner hexagon socket Remove 2 bolts on the bottom and 1 bolt
on the inner side respectively,take off the bushing

and the cushion rubber

.Using 4# inner hexagon socket
remove the bolt
⑵
on the front of the right,take off the circle buffer glue
⑸
and the buffer sleeve
⑹
.Take off the
right surrounding component
。
U1 model
：
Refer the steps remove the guard bar and the surrounding componet,take off the right guard bar,and
the surrounding componen,and the left guard bar is no need to remove.
Using 12# sleeve fix the head of the bolt

,using 13# ring spanner remove the nut
⑽
,then take off the bolt
⑼

Hold the buffer component then use 6# inner hexagon socket or 12# sleeve remover the nut
⑻
.
Hold the bottom of the fender return pressure package with one hand, and grab the flange at the exhauster to
remove it. Wrap the flange with a rubber band or rope to prevent the flange from moving back and forth on the
front elbow and causing scratches.
Take off the exhaust seal pad

from the exhaust.
CAUTION:
●
The parts should be protected during disassembly to prevent damage to the paint.
●
The muffler should be completely cooled before it is disassembled.
●
Prevent foreign matter from entering the interior of the muffler.
●
The muffler nozzle needs to be protected. If there is any deformation, it may cause air leakage.
●
It is recommended that new seals be replaced each time the muffler front assembly is removed to prevent
airleakage.
