PROCEDURE:

Fuel tank component

Take 4pcs bracket rubber sleeves

⑶

and the pod glass strip

⑴

from the tank

⑵

Locate the limit retaining ring on the high-pressure tubing sub-assembly

⑺

and pull it out while pressinghard.

Pay attention to protect the oil pump outlet pipe at the arrow point.

After the fuel tank component is placed upside down, remove 8pcs bolts

⑸

with a 10# sleeve.

When the fuel pump

⑹

is removed, the float connecting rod cannot be bent or bent to avoid inaccurate

oildisplay.

Counterclockwise rotating the fuel tank cap

⑷

and then take off it,be careful not to pull the nylon cord hard.

CAUTION:

●

Before removing the Tank liner assembly, it is recommended to use the oil pump to pump out the fuel

ordissipate the fuel before disassembling.

●

Fireworks, answering or dialing should be strictly prohibited near the car-breaking site to prevent accidents.

●

Reverse the Tank liner assembly When disassembling the fuel pump, be sure to check that the fuel tank cap

istightened to prevent the remaining fuel from overflowing from the fuel tank port; the vent pipe 4 may have

asmall amount of fuel overflow when the fuel tank cap is turned back.

●

When reassembling the fuel pump, be sure to clean the joint surface of the fuel pump sealant and the tankliner.

When locking the bolt, the position should be locked to ensure uniform deformation of the seal gasket.
