glue

and the sleeve

Using 4# inner hexagon socket remove 5pcs bolt

as show in the figure,take off the bushing

and the

cushion rubber

⑸

Pry the buckle connecting the fuel tank decoration cover assembly and the surrounding assembly in the

direction of the arrow.

Split the upper back of the enclosure assembly (at a) to both sides and remove the enclosure assembly forward.

U1 surrounding component

Refer to the steps "U1 Frame & engine combination1" to remove the left and right guard bar assembly,it is no

need to remove the guardbar inner bracket and the lower bracket.

Using 4# inner hexagon socket remover 6pcs bolts

,take off the bushing

and the cushion rubber

Refer to the steps above to remove the surrounding component.
