Check each gear of main and counter shaft
assembly for excessive or abnormal wear, and
check inter-gear clamps for deformation and
insecurity.
机油滤网的检查
Inspection of Oil Screen
1.
检查机油滤网的清洁度；对清洁度差的机油
滤网要用汽油冲洗干净。
Check the cleanliness of oil screen; use
gasoline to flush clean the dirty oil screen.
2.
检查机油滤网是否有损坏的现象；若有损坏
的现象需更换新的机油滤网。
Check the oil screen for damage; if any,
replace it with a new one.

将机油滤网、弹簧依次安装到左体相应孔
中。
Mount the oil screen and spring in
corresponding holes on the left case body.

、
安装机油滤网盖。
Mount the oil screen cover.

、
把曲轴装到右体相应的孔中。
Mount the crankshaft in the corresponding
hole on the right case body.

、
把主副轴组件、变速鼓、拨叉、平衡轴装到
左体相应的孔中，再将拨叉轴装配到相应的
位置。
Mount the main and counter shaft
assembly, gear shift drum, shift fork and
balance shaft in corresponding holes on
the left case body, and then mount the
fork shaft to the corresponding position.
