ADJUSTMENTS
Handlebar adjustment
Loosen the handlebar adjustment knob. Set the handlebar in the desired position and tighten the knob.
Make sure the handlebar is secured.
Saddle height
Loosen the adjustment knob. Set the saddle at the right height and tighten the knob.
Make sure the saddle is secured.
Saddle position
Loosen the saddle guide knob. Set the saddle to the desired position and tighten the knob.
Make sure the saddle is secured.
Adjusting pedal straps
Fix the side of the rubber strap with three holes to the internal part of the pedal. Fix the other end to one of
the adjustment opening so that the feet is fixed during training and easy to take out. Repeat for the other
pedal.
MAINTENANCE
Carry out maintenance activities at regular intervals.
The tasks listed below should be carried out at least every 20 hours of operation.
•
Check moving parts of the device. If they need lubrication, use a bicycle bearing grease.
•
Check the conditions of such parts as bolts and nuts. Make sure they are tight.
•
Wipe the sweat off the device after each training. Make sure the display does not come in contact
with water or moisture.
•
Clean the product with soapy water only. Do not use cleaning agents.
•
Store the device in a dry and warm place.
•
Do not expose the device to direct sunlight.
