Proximity to magnetic fields and high-power lamps must be avoided.

Place the system on a horizontal, stable surface free of vibrations and of sufficient strength to bear the
load of the unit.

Prevent the system from being exposed to sunlight, rain or dampness.
•
Do not expose to gases or corrosive products.
•
Do not obstruct the vents as this would prevent the heat produced by the unit from being dissipated
correctly.
•
Current fire prevention regulations must be met.
Placing in the operating position
4.2.2
If you have only ordered the ZGR SWIT NG (without batteries or cabinet), select a sufficiently sturdy place to
support its weight. This must be stationary and stable.
Should the ZGR SWIT NG and the batteries go in the same box, first move the empty battery cabinet (without
batteries) and place these once the cabinet is in position.
The place chosen must guarantee:

Easy connections.
•
Sufficient space to work with the
ZGR SWIT NG system without hindrance.
•
Sufficient air changes to disperse the heat produced.
•
Protection against atmospheric agents.
•
Protection against excessive humidity and heat sources.
•
Protection against dust.
•
Avoid exposure to corrosive gases and agents.
•
Current fire prevention regulations must be met.
•
The ambient operating temperature shall be within the limits established in the system characteristics. It is
very recommendable to maintain an operating temperature of b20º C and +25º C.
•
Use insulated tools and fittings and wear the appropriate clothing for handling these.
•
Do not wear rings, wristwatches or metal parts when working on the battery installation.
•
“
No Smoking” warning signs must be placed in the area where the batteries are installed and any activity
which might create a spark in the battery room must be prohibited.
During long periods of time when the unit is not in operation, it is recommended to keep the battery protection
open in order to avoid any excessive discharge.
